Wednesday Practice Report Analysis - Dec. 21

Welcome to the first Practice Report Analysis! I will be doing these for every practice every week. This week is starting off a little off-schedule, as the Seahawks play on Saturday this week, due to Sunday being Christmas. For this week's matchup against the Arizona Cardinals, there are thankfully a limited number of injuries that need to be dealt with for the Seahawks. In the Friday Practice Report Analysis, we will also view the injury report of the Cardinals.

CJ Prosise (shoulder) - Nothing new here. Still hoping for playoff return.
Michael Bennett (neck) - Coach Carroll anticipates Bennett to be fine to return for Saturday's game.

Jon Ryan (concussion) - Coach Carroll has said that Ryan should be out of the protocol and good to go for Saturday, but that the Hawks would be ready to sign a free agent punter.

Brock Coyle (foot) - Coyle missed the Rams game, but no new updates. The fact that he fully participated is good but should be taken with a grain of salt considering he fully participated before the last game. However, he could've just missed it with the Thursday game not giving him enough time to recover.
